(1)Assembly of integral plain bearing
Integral plain bearings commonly known as bushings, is also a simple form of plain bearings, mainly using the method of pressing and hammering to assembly, special occasions using the hot assembly method, most bushings are made of copper or cast iron, assembly should be careful, can be used to wooden hammer or hammer pad wood block hitting the method of assembly, the interference size tolerance is large when the press is used to press in. Whether knocked in or pressed in must prevent tilting, after assembly, oil groove and oil hole should be in the required position.
After assembly deformation of the bearing, the bore should be trimmed, the smaller size of the available reamer cut, the larger size is used to scrape. At the same time, pay attention to control the clearance with the shaft in the tolerance range, in order to prevent the bushing work rotation, the bushing and the box contact surface is equipped with a positioning pin or riding screws. Due to the box and sleeve material hardness is not the same when drilling, it is easy to make the drill bit biased toward the soft material side, the solution: one is to use a kind of punching against the hard material side of the punch before drilling, and the second is to use a short drill bit, in order to increase the steel of the drill bit when drilling.
(2) Split bearing assembly

(1)Technical requirements for assembly
① The end face of rolling bearing marked with code should be mounted in the visible direction so as to check when replacing.

③ The bearings shall be free of skew after being assembled on the shaft and in the housing bore.
④ Among the two bearings on the coaxial shaft, one of them must produce shaft movement with the thermal expansion of the shaft.
⑤ When assembling rolling bearings, dirt must be strictly prevented from entering the bearings.
(6) The assembled bearings shall be flexible in operation, with low noise, and the working temperature shall not exceed 65℃ in general.
(2) Assembly method
When assembling bearings, the basic requirement is to make the added axial force, act directly on the end face of the collar of the mounted bearings (mounted on the shaft, make the added axial force to act directly on the inner ring, mounted on the hole to make the added force to act directly on the outer ring).1 try not to affect the rolling body. Assembly methods include hammering method, press assembly method, hot assembly method, freezing assembly method, etc.
①Hammering method
With a hammer pad on the copper rod and some softer materials and then hammering method, be careful not to make the copper end and other foreign objects fall into the bearing raceway, do not directly hammer or punch directly hit the inner and outer rings of the bearings, so as not to affect the accuracy of the bearing fit or cause bearing damage.
② Screw press or hydraulic press assembly method
For bearings with large interference tolerance, they can be assembled by screw press or hydraulic press. Before pressing, the shaft and bearing should be leveled and coated with a little lubricating oil, the speed of pressing in should not be too fast, and the pressure should be withdrawn quickly after the bearing is in place to prevent damage to the bearing or shaft.
③Hot mounting method
Hot installation method is to put the bearing in the oil heated to 80 ° C - 100 ° C, so that the bearing bore expansion set to the shaft, can prevent the shaft and bearing from damage. For with dust cover and seal, the internal has been filled with grease bearing does not apply to hot installation method.
(3) tapered roller bearing clearance is adjusted after assembly, the main method is useful for shim adjustment, adjustment with screws, adjustment with nuts and so on.
(4) when assembling thrust ball bearings, should first distinguish between the tight ring and loose ring, tight ring of the inner diameter diameter is slightly smaller, after assembling the tight ring and the shaft in the work is to maintain relative static, it is always leaning on the shaft of the step or the hole end surface, otherwise the bearing will lose the rolling effect and accelerate the wear.
