The assembly of rolling bearings should be based on the structure of the bearing, the size of the bearing and the nature of the fit of the bearing parts. General rolling bearing assembly methods are hammering method, press man method, hot mounting method and cold shrinkage method.
1、Preparation work before assembly of rolling bearing
(1) According to the bearing to be assembled to prepare the necessary tools and gauges. Check whether there are defects, corrosion and burrs on the parts matching with the bearings according to the drawings.
(2) Use gasoline or kerosene to clean the parts matching with the bearings, wipe them with a clean cloth or blow them dry with compressed air, and then apply a thin layer of oil.
(3) Check whether the bearing model is consistent with the drawing.
(4) with anti-rust oil sealed bearings can be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene; with thick oil and anti-rust grease sealed with light mineral oil can be heated and dissolved to clean, cooled down and then cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, wiped clean and ready to be used; for both sides with dust cover, sealing or coated with anti-rust, lubrication of dual-purpose grease bearings do not need to be cleaned.
2、Rolling bearing assembly method
(1)Assembly of cylindrical hole bearing
Non-separable type bearings (such as deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, angular contact bearings, etc.) should be according to the degree of looseness and tightness with the decision of its assembly order. When the inner ring and journal fit tighter, the outer ring and shell looser fit, the bearing is first installed on the shaft, and then, together with the shaft into the shell. When the bearing outer ring and shell hole for tight fit, inner ring and journal for looser fit, the bearing should be pressed first in the shell; when the inner ring and shaft, outer ring and shell hole are tight fit, the bearing should be pressed in the shaft and shell hole at the same time.
② As the separation type bearings (such as tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, needle roller bearings, etc.) inner and outer rings can be freely disengaged, the assembly of the inner ring and rolling elements together on the shaft, the outer ring in the shell, and then adjust the clearance between them.
Bearing commonly used assembly methods are hammering method and press man method. With a special set of press man, with a copper rod symmetrically in the bearing inner ring (or outer ring) end face uniformly hammer man. With the press man method of bearing inner and outer rings were pressed into the journal and bearing housing hole method.
If the journal size is larger, the amount of surplus is also larger, for the convenience of assembly can be used hot mounting method, that is, the bearing is placed in the temperature of 80-100-C oil heating, and then and room temperature state of the shaft with. Bearing heating should be resting on the oil tank grid 1, to avoid bearing contact with the bottom of the box than the oil temperature is much higher, but also to prevent contact with the bottom of the box precipitation dirt. For small bearings, they can be hung on hooks and immersed in oil for heating. Internal full of lubricating grease with dust cap or sealing ring bearings, can not be assembled using hot assembly method.
(2) Tapered hole bearing assembly interference is small can be directly mounted on the taper of the journal, can also be mounted on the tight sleeve or the taper of the dismounting sleeve; for the journal size is larger or with a larger amount of interference and often dismounted tapered hole bearings, commonly used in the hydraulic set of legal dismounting.
3, rolling bearing assembly error detection method
For spindle parts with high precision requirements, in order to improve the rotary accuracy of the spindle, bearing inner ring and spindle assembly and bearing periphery and box hole assembly, often using directional assembly method. Directional assembly is to artificially control the direction of the radial runout of each assembly, reasonable combination, the use of error offset to improve the assembly accuracy of a method. Before assembly, it is necessary to measure the centerline deviation of the taper hole at the spindle end and the radial runout of the inner and outer rings of the bearing to determine the direction of error and make a good mark.
(1) Bearing outer ring radial runout detection. Measurement, rotating the outer ring and along the direction of the percentage of the pressure on the outer ring, the maximum reading of the percentage of the outer ring for the maximum radial runout.
(2) Bearing inner ring radial runout detection. Measurement of the outer ring is fixed not to turn, the inner ring end face applied uniform measurement load F, F value according to the type of bearing and the diameter of the change, and then make the inner ring rotate more than one week, can be measured bearing inner ring bore surface radial runout amount and direction.
(3) Detection of spindle taper hole centerline. Measurement of the spindle journal on the V-shaped frame, in the spindle taper hole inserted into the measurement of the heart shaft, rotate the spindle for more than a week, you can measure the taper solenoid centerline deviation value and direction.
